The Johns Hopkins at Eastern campus is located at 1101 E. 33rd Street, Baltimore, MD 21218. The campus is managed by Transwestern Real Estate Services. The Transwestern Property Management Office is located on the ground level of the building, Suite A015.

Service Requests

Transwestern should be your first point of contact for any requests. Tenants can utilize the Angus service portal to submit the following requests:

  • Service/Maintenance requests (ex: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning/janitorial, pest control, emergency maintenance, common area maintenance, etc.)
  • Reserve on-site amenities
  • Receive critical building updates
  • Access building operations information

Tenant Handbook

To provide a greater understanding of building operations, Transwestern Commercial Services has compiled a tenant handbook. It is intended to answer many of your questions regarding services, policies, and procedures at Eastern.

Sustainability

Eastern is committed to the highest standards of sustainability, with a strong emphasis on creating an environmentally responsible workplace. The campus incorporates a range of green initiatives designed to reduce environmental impact and promote operational efficiency.

Key sustainability efforts include single-stream recycling, centralized waste services, and on-site battery recycling. In addition, the building utilizes LED lighting, an advanced energy management system, and solar panels to maximize energy efficiency and support long-term environmental stewardship.
