How did passengers interact with the driver?
How did the driver interact with the passengers? Did he/she within his or her power keep the mood of the bus happy and at ease?
Ask the driver a question. It's okay if it's a "stupid" question. Even "stupid" questions deserve a polite answer. You might ask if the bus is an express or what time it's supposed to leave. Please describe the exchange.
If you witness prohibited phone use, please describe the conversation in detail, including exact time, other person’s name, and short quotations or general subject matter. Please note if the driver was using a Bluetooth headset. If you can get a picture of the driver with a phone up to his or her ear, please do so and attach it below.
