Utility infrastructure work for Early Learning Center project

Phase 2

Utility infrastructure will be installed across W. University Parkway for the Early Learning Center project on a phased timeline. The second phase, which involves continuing trenching and installing the pipe, will take place from Monday, April 28, through Thursday, May 1. The work will take place between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Construction Impact:

• No parking within the work zone areas
• The eastbound bike lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Pedestrian traffic in this section will be rerouted to walk on the north sidewalk of University Parkway

Phase 1

Utility infrastructure will be installed across W. University Parkway for the Early Learning Center project on a phased timeline. The first phase involves trenching and installing the pipe and will take place from Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25. The work will take place between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Construction Impact:

• The westbound lane of University Parkway will be reduced to one lane of traffic
• There will be no parking allowed within the work zone areas
• The westbound bike lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
