New monthly parking rates announced for FY25

The university has announced new monthly parking rates for the upcoming fiscal year (effective July 1, 2024). The rates will increase by approximately 3% across the parking facilities.

The following adjustments will be made:

• Parking lots: $70 to $72
• Reserved parking lots: $105 to $108
• Garages: $112 to $115
• Reserved garages: $160 to $165
• Faculty spaces: $112 to $115
• Eastern spaces: $58 to $60

For monthly parkers who wish to keep their current permit after the rate increase, no action is needed. However, if you wish to change your parking arrangements, please contact the Homewood Campus Parking Office at [email protected].

Please note that our daily vouchers will be priced at $80 for an 8-pack.
