Levering Hall roof replacement project

Work will begin to replace the roof at Levering Hall around June 18. Weather permitting, the project is expected to last approximately 12 weeks and conclude around early September.

While no roadway or walkway closures are required, a detour will be set up around the loading area next to Levering Hall to discourage pedestrian traffic through the active work zone. The area will remain open for deliveries, and dumpsters will be relocated to maintain access for waste management services.

The project will involve a full scaffold enclosure around the gutter lines of the four affected roof sections. Safety barriers will be installed around the scaffolding, and protective measures will be taken for nearby windows and other vulnerable parts of the building.

No entrances or exits to Levering Hall will be closed during the work.
