Charles Village Streetscape repairs

The Charles Village Streetscape will undergo various repairs beginning the week of April 15 through the end of May 2024. The work is planned to occur along St. Paul St. between 31st and 34th streets.

The repairs will address the following:

• Sidewalk pavers where they are either missing, heaving, and/or broken
• Non-functioning lights in the tree beds
• Repairs or replacement of any broken or bent metal guardrail/fencing around the tree pits
• Clearing and re-mulching of the planting bed

We do not anticipate any full road or sidewalk closures during the repairs. Each work area will have a safety barrier in place during any operational activities, complying with all Baltimore City codes and requirements.
