Bradford Apartments Refresh Project – Construction Notice

Work inside the Bradford Apartments, located at 33rd and St. Paul Streets, will begin on May 16 and is expected to continue through early August.

This “refresh” project will require a fenced-in construction area along St. Paul Street and E. 33rd Street, adjacent to the building, that will occupy a portion of the parking lanes along both streets. The parking lanes will be unavailable while the fencing is up. Please see the plan below.

Please note:

• Vehicular traffic will not be impacted on either street.
• Pedestrian access and sidewalks will remain open with clear signage posted.
• Flaggers and spotters will be on site when necessary.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., in compliance with Baltimore City’s Noise Ordinance.
• Weekend work is planned, primarily on Saturdays.
