Jeff Angiel is a senior facilities, infrastructure, and sustainability executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex operations across higher education, public utilities, and municipal government. He currently serves as Vice President of Facilities for Johns Hopkins University, where he provides strategic leadership for the planning, operation, and stewardship of a large, mission-critical physical environment supporting one of the world’s premier research institutions.

Previously, he served as Associate Vice Chancellor and Executive Director of Facilities & Services at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, overseeing a 1,200-person organization responsible for 600+ buildings, 24 million square feet, a $200 million operating budget, and an $8 billion capital portfolio. Known for driving cultural transformation, operational excellence, and strategic capital investment, Jeff has also held senior leadership roles at the University at Buffalo (SUNY), Loudoun Water, and the Town of Amherst.

An environmental engineer by training, he is a committed advocate for sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and customer-focused service delivery, with a career defined by resilient infrastructure, strong partnerships, and responsible stewardship of public resources.
