Bob Campbell is the senior director for Finance and Administration. He is an experienced and dedicated business professional with an extensive higher education administration background. Having served in leadership roles at Towson University, his experience includes various business functions such as accounting, budgeting, audit, contracts, compliance, facilities, auxiliaries, purchasing, payroll, receivables, and information technology. At Towson, Bob was a leader in upgrading business technology to the cloud, negotiating enhanced revenue streams, and helping to transform business services to keep pace with the University’s growth. Bob has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration and continued professional development through the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO).
