Bradford Cooling Tower Replacement on Sat, March 30

A crane lift to replace the cooling tower on the roof of the Bradford Apartments is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 30 from 7 a.m. to noon. The crane will be set up on the westbound side of 33rd St. which will be closed between N. Calvert St. and St. Paul St. to allow room for the delivery truck and the crane. The eastbound lanes will remain open. During this time, there will be road/sidewalk closures and traffic/pedestrian detours per the logistics plan below. Flaggers will be on site to direct pedestrians to the marked detours and ensure the area is safe.
