Bradford Apts. cooling tower removal

On Saturday, March 16, a crane lift will be set up on Hargrove St., the alley next to Bradford Apartments off 33rd Street, to remove the existing cooling tower on the roof.  Once the crane is set up, the parking lane on 33rd Street will be coned off to allow room for the delivery truck and the crane. The crane will arrive at 7 a.m. and will be completed by 11 a.m. During this time, there will be sidewalk closures and pedestrian detours per the logistics plan below. Flaggers will be on-site to direct pedestrians to the marked detours and ensure the area is safe.
