AMRII ADA curb ramp installation to begin on Feb. 1

Four ADA curb ramps in the student residence area on the Homewood campus require modification to be compliant with ADA requirements.  The curb ramps are located east of AMR II (driveway adjacent to tennis courts) and are shown below on the logistics map. Demolition of the curb ramps will start on Thursday, February 1, at 9 a.m. and will be completed at 4:30 pm.  This work will include jackhammering of the existing concrete and will be loud. All demo work will be completed on February 1. Installation of the new curb ramps will be completed on Saturday, February 3.

Construction and pedestrian barriers will be installed on February 1, starting at 7:30 am.  Travel routes in this area may be affected. Please see the below logistics plan below.
