Ross began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 and brings 17 years of major market office, retail, and industrial experience from the Washington, DC area and has served in several executive and leadership roles.  His extensive experience includes asset management, property management, commercial development and construction, business development, acquisitions, property transitions, and crisis/environmental management.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate & Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He is an active IREM, ICSC, and ULI member and holds a valid VA Real Estate License.  As a director, Ross currently leads a team of asset managers who oversee 6,500,000+ square feet of commercial real estate, 350+ multi-family units, and a hotel & conference center.
